This is a 7 week program specifically designed for children aged 8–12 with a diagnosis of ADHD, and blends psychoeducation with fun, experiential learning at the skatepark using a scooter or skateboard. Each session runs for one hour, with 25 minutes of interactive learning followed by 35 minutes of coached activity focused on emotional regulation, executive functioning, impulse control, resilience, and building self-esteem. It uses proven methods of Play Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Experiencial Learning to engage with kids to understand ADHD and thrive.

Building emotional regulation, distress tolerance, organisational skills (checklists), and problem-solving techniques in adults with ADHD.

Social Skills Groups Ages 7-12 (Coming soon)
Our social skills group for children aged 8-12 is designed to help kids build confidence in communication, foster friendships, and navigate social interactions more effectively. Through fun activities, role-playing, and teamwork, children will learn valuable skills like listening, sharing, empathy, and problem-solving. This supportive environment encourages growth and helps children develop lasting, positive relationships.

DBT (Dialectical Behavioural Therapy) is an
evidenced-based therapy that can be used for
people who have intense reactions that feel
impossible to resist, whether due to stress, anger, or other unwanted and unhelpful emotions.

The course provides a toolkit of structured practices and psychological techniques (Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and Mindfulness) to help you clear your head, get in control of your study program and deal with those unhelpful thoughts.
The 6-week program covers:
1. Psychoeducation on stress and goal setting
2. Situations-Thoughts-Actions, Timetabling, Study/ Life Balance
3. Relaxation, Thought Challenge Part 1
4. Thought Challenge Part 2, Procrastination and Perfectionism Part 1
5. Procrastination and Perfectionism Part 2, Problem Solving, Preparing for Exams
6. Skill review and relapse prevention.
